Orphans at Theater for the New City

On May 17th - 20th  Michael Luggio will be directing a production of Orphans by Lyle Kessler at the Theater for the New City.  This moving drama will feature students Dennis Michael Hall, Lance Reneker, and Sean Connelly.

The play centers around two brothers. Phillip, the sensitive recluse, and Treat, a violent pickpocket and thief who kidnaps a wealthy businessman (Harold) who’s on the run from Chicago gangsters. Harold turns the tables on the two brothers, and in a hilarious and moving way, becomes their long lost father figure.

The play will run for three nights, May 17th-20th, at 7:30pm. Tickets are available at theaterforthenewcity.net.
